Support discovery in a new area, in collaboration with Product, Success, and other business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product to rapid build initial prototypes and MVPs, owning the engineering workflow to identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions.
Drive technical decisioning and buildout, rightsizing our architecture early to balance time to market and support for future iterations and integrations.
Facilitate quick iteration and learning by applying customer feedback to initial delivered prototypes.
Communicate progress and findings, engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and implement feedback

Requirements

At least 3 years designing and implementing progressively more complex full-stack engineering features and products
Proficiency in React, Python, AWS, MongoDB
Communication and collaboration skills, especially in engaging non-technical users or stakeholders
Comfort operating in a fast startup environment and leveraging AI
Nice-to-have (not required): Background in EdTech and/or education sector
Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 either within a company or as a new startup
