About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Requirements analysis: Analyze and document process requirements in development or production
- Concept development: Create IT designs, migration concepts, and process adjustments
- Business unit consulting: Support all process stakeholders through to productive implementation
- System development: Contribute ideas to the design of the IT landscape
- Process optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency
- Project responsibility: Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in cross-functional process consulting within manufacturing companies
- Solid know-how of engineering or production processes and related systems
- Excellent German and good English skills (minimum B2)
- Structured thinking, team spirit, and consulting skills
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and experience with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with ERP systems and their integration processes
