About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You advise farmers on sustainable solutions for fertilization and animal nutrition — from needs analysis to correct application and performance monitoring
  • You take full responsibility for your territory — from servicing existing customers to acquiring new accounts
  • You actively sell our innovative products in the field
  • You work closely with agricultural retailers and distribution partners
  • You represent the company at regional industry events and trade shows and network on site

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally, you have experience and/or vocational training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural technology, feed, barn equipment, etc.
  • We are also open to motivated colleagues without agricultural background — for example with experience in sales, skilled trades, or a related sector
  • You speak the language of farmers and enjoy applying your knowledge practically in advisory and sales situations
  • You like being outdoors with customers and work in a goal-oriented, independent way
  • Ideally, you already have contacts with farms, cooperatives or agricultural retailers
  • You hold a driving licence (Class B) and are willing to be on the road visiting customers up to 5 days a week
