Social Media Manager – Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, implementation, and optimization of social media campaigns for multiple projects/brands
- Development and management of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn – depending on the target audience)
- Creating briefs for creatives (video/design/copy) and managing the editorial calendar
- A/B testing for creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages/lead forms
- Funnel thinking: Social → Landing page/Lead form → Qualified lead
- Tracking & reporting (UTMs, dashboards) including weekly performance updates and learnings
- Close coordination with Content/SEO/Design/Sales and prioritization across multiple projects
- Monitoring trends/platform updates and deriving concrete actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in social media management with a performance focus (lead generation)
- Confident use of Ads Managers (Meta/LinkedIn or similar) and KPI-driven optimization
- Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS/CPA (where relevant)
- Experience with tracking fundamentals (UTM, pixel/conversion events – in collaboration with Tech/Analytics)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in German (very good language sense)
- Structured working style, project management skills, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare/beauty/medical tourism or sensitive/regulated topics (advertising guidelines)
