About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of social media campaigns for multiple projects/brands
  • Development and management of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn – depending on the target audience)
  • Creating briefs for creatives (video/design/copy) and managing the editorial calendar
  • A/B testing for creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages/lead forms
  • Funnel thinking: Social → Landing page/Lead form → Qualified lead
  • Tracking & reporting (UTMs, dashboards) including weekly performance updates and learnings
  • Close coordination with Content/SEO/Design/Sales and prioritization across multiple projects
  • Monitoring trends/platform updates and deriving concrete actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in social media management with a performance focus (lead generation)
  • Confident use of Ads Managers (Meta/LinkedIn or similar) and KPI-driven optimization
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS/CPA (where relevant)
  • Experience with tracking fundamentals (UTM, pixel/conversion events – in collaboration with Tech/Analytics)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills in German (very good language sense)
  • Structured working style, project management skills, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare/beauty/medical tourism or sensitive/regulated topics (advertising guidelines)
