About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with clients, providing project recommendations and constructive feedback.
- Conduct virtual consultations to gather information, align expectations, and guide project goals.
- Present designs and explain the “why” behind site elements, layouts, mobile UX, and site performance.
- Collaborate with team members, internal stakeholders, and overseas employees to create websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Share key information with Designers and Developers to produce high-quality designs that meet current standards.
- Manage workflow, timelines, and design delivery, ensuring client approval and satisfaction.
- Complete projects on time and within budget.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects at various stages, adapting to business needs.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with clients and team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of web design experience, with a portfolio showing mobile-first design work and robust web components.
- Proficiency in WordPress (Divi, Elementor, or other WYSIWYG editors) and plugins.
- Ability to create and modify CSS and make minor front-end adjustments.
- Understanding of UX, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with website maintenance: adding content, editing text and graphics, managing custom assets/plugins.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site issues according to quality standards.
- Experience using AI tools for web design is a plus.
- B.A./B.S. preferred, with at least 3 years of experience as a Web Designer/Developer.
- Portfolio submission required, showing web design skills, creativity, and mobile-first work.
