About the role
- Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document **technical and business requirements**
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand **data flows, system integrations, and process dependencies**
- Translate business needs into **clear functional and technical specifications**
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and program management teams to drive delivery
- Support **program and project management** activities including planning, tracking, and risk management
- Create and maintain **process flows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals** using **Microsoft Visio**
- Provide insights and recommendations aligned with **AWS-based solutions and cloud best practices**
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- **5–10 years of experience** as a **Technical Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role**
- Proven expertise in **technical requirement gathering and documentation**
- Strong understanding of the **AWS ecosystem** (services, data flows, and cloud concepts)
- Experience supporting or driving **program management initiatives**
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Visio**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
