About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics projects across **Talend** and **Databricks** ecosystems.
- Manage a hybrid team of **data engineers, modelers, architects, and data quality/security specialists** across global locations.
- Oversee **project planning, execution, and governance**, ensuring milestones and SLAs are met.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders for **requirement alignment, risk management, and delivery assurance**.
- Drive implementation of **data pipelines** for ingestion, enrichment, and integration, managing data layers, load strategies, ETL performance, and data security.
- Ensure robust **data quality, masking, auditing**, and compliance controls are in place.
- Produce clear **project documentation, communication plans, and reporting** for leadership visibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in **project management** with exposure to **data engineering and cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP)**.
- Proven experience managing **onshore-offshore delivery teams** across functional roles.
- Strong technical understanding of **Databricks**, **data pipeline orchestration**, and **ETL frameworks**.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of **Talend** preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in **stakeholder management**, **resource planning**, and **delivery governance**.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and documentation** skills.
