About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted relationships with advisors and become their go-to resource for @Work
- Help advisors find the right plan sponsor opportunities in their book and build the conviction to act on them
- Consult on practice management, specifically how @Work bridges retirement and wealth management
- Equip advisors to win net-new plans through prospect conversations, RFPs, and finalist presentations
- Pair with implementation leads on the Success Team to drive plan sponsor engagement and rollout
- Track workplace-to-wealth conversion outcomes and use them to deepen advisor engagement and sharpen our strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7+ years working with RIAs in sales, enablement, or account management
- Real fluency in how advisors run their practices and how retirement plan business actually gets won and grown
- A consultative instinct, you'd rather change how an advisor thinks than push a product
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the advisor's job
- Location in Boulder, CO preferred. Open to alternate locations for the right candidate.
