About the role
- Proactive support for practice leaders/practice managers and staff on all matters related to payroll processing
- Preparation and verification of transactional data provided by the clinics
- Responding to all inquiries from assigned clinics within defined KPIs
- Verifying data completeness in cooperation with on-site HR representatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll
- Ability to process wages and salaries independently
- Confident use of DATEV (Lodas and Lohn + Gehalt), Google Workspace and HR operating systems, ideally Personio
- Knowledge of labor law, social security law and tax law
- German at native-level proficiency
