About the role
- Co-design and development of the backends for our next generation of software
- Proactively contribute your expertise and work independently in very flat hierarchies
- Work on interesting clients/projects with a focus on music and festivals
- Support quality assurance and the continuous improvement of our infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience developing web applications with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Passion for clean, well-structured code and efficient architecture
- Experience connecting APIs and integrating third‑party systems
- Good understanding of databases, testing and frontend technologies
- Knowledge of API design and microservices (a plus, not required)
