About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support your team in the continuous development and reimplementation of ticket issuance, ticket invalidation and ticket distribution processes
Design and develop new features: from requirement analysis through to implementation of the development steps
Balance visionary ideas and optimal software architecture in a solution-oriented, pragmatic and economical way
Take responsibility for process monitoring, with a particular focus on scalability
Perform some operations (DevOps) tasks in collaboration with our two system administrators
We follow the principle “you built it, you run it”; supported by our core team, we rely on the advantages of NestJS in the backend and React in the frontend

Requirements

What you’ll need

You enjoy working in agile teams and work in a self-organized, responsible manner
You have experience with distributed systems
You are familiar with the full stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure and database
You have several years of professional experience with Node.js and are proficient in JavaScript (ideally TypeScript)
You have an eye for clean architectures and interfaces
You perfect your work with unit tests & co. and use GIT to stay in sync with your team
You are curious and open to learning new programming languages, technologies and methods
You speak fluent English and good German (at least B2)
Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or AWS knowledge is a plus
