About the role

  • Support your team in the ongoing development and re-implementation of event ticket issuance, redemption and delivery processes
  • Design and develop new features: from requirements analysis through implementation of individual development stages
  • Balance visionary ideas with optimal software architecture in a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and cost-effective manner
  • Take responsibility for process monitoring (monitoring), with particular attention to scalability
  • Perform some operations/DevOps tasks in collaboration with our two system administrators

Requirements

  • You enjoy working in agile teams and operate in a self-organized, autonomous manner
  • You have experience with distributed systems
  • You are familiar with the full stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure and databases
  • You have several years of professional experience with Node.js and are proficient in JavaScript (ideally with TypeScript)
  • You have an eye for clean architectures and interfaces
  • You refine your work using unit tests and related practices, and use Git to stay in sync with your team
  • You are curious and unafraid to learn new programming languages, technologies and methodologies
  • You speak fluent English and good German (minimum B2)
  • Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or knowledge of AWS is a plus
