About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Fulfillment team in enhancing and reimplementing the generation and validation of event tickets, as well as their delivery
Design and develop new features, from requirements analysis through implementation
Make solution-oriented, pragmatic, and commercially sound decisions when balancing visionary ideas with optimal software architecture
Monitor processes, with a particular focus on scalability
Take on DevOps responsibilities in collaboration with two administrators
Follow the “you build it, you run it” principle
Develop and enhance online ticketing software in sprints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Work in agile teams, taking a self-organized and proactive approach
Experience with distributed systems
Knowledge spanning the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and database layers
Several years of professional experience with Node.js
Proficiency in JavaScript; TypeScript is preferred
Knowledge of clean architecture and interfaces
Experience with unit testing and Git
Willingness to learn new programming languages, technologies, and methodologies
Fluent English
Good German, at least B2 level
Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or knowledge of AWS is a plus
