About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic support partner to senior Finance leadership
  • Enable business operations, governance, communications, risk management, and reporting across Finance
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders
  • Maintain repositories for approvals, business cases, pipeline activities, presentations, and governance documents
  • Prepare and consolidate leadership meeting decks and executive presentations
  • Coordinate itineraries, agendas, approvals, Finance nominations, and business approvals
  • Publish bi-weekly Finance highlights and monthly Executive Governance Decks
  • Draft and manage internal leadership communications
  • Drive and track operational efficiency initiatives
  • Monitor compliance training dashboards and publish status reports
  • Validate PI user data monthly and govern Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Transition requirements
  • Manage reporting across Headcount, Financials, Transitions, Risk & Governance, and Campus Hiring Programs
  • Coordinate IT asset provisioning and support IT, seating, and ad hoc requests
  • Manage Finance Distribution Lists and onboarding and exit formalities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience required; 7+ years preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with discretion and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk frameworks is a plus
