About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • File and manage quarterly Call Reports with the OCC
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external regulatory reporting
  • Complete month-end close activities and account reconciliations
  • Respond to audit, compliance, and tax requests
  • Collaborate with Trust Operations, Trust Administration, Vendor Management, and BFOs
  • Identify inefficiencies and build automated, scalable solutions
  • Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of work experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Hands-on experience preparing financial statements and performing financial and regulatory reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting preferred
  • CPA certification or active pursuit of licensure preferred
  • Experience in public accounting preferred
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, Workiva, and Essbase preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Career Level 7IC required
