About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of new investment solutions
- Define and execute a long-term product and platform vision
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all investment solutions comply with firm policies
- Assist in the creation of training materials, product guides, and sales support resources
- Collaborate across technology, operations, platform partners, internal investment teams, marketing, and distribution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services with a meaningful focus on managed accounts
- A strong understanding of alternative investments structures and experience with third party platform integration
- Experience with Direct Indexing and Income Solution design
- Demonstrated experience working across technology, operations, compliance, and distribution teams to bring new investment capabilities to market at scale
