About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop a high-quality wealth management practice by managing and deepening relationships with an established book of high-net-worth clients

- Bring a thoughtful, creative, and entrepreneurial approach to practice growth — always centered on what's best for your clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing a book of business and building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients
- Deep knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning
- Exceptional people skills - engage clients with authenticity, build trust naturally, and always act in their best interests
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the drive to make a meaningful difference in clients' financial lives
- Thrives with both autonomy and accountability
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63; Series 65 or 66 Life and Health Insurance License — all licenses must be obtained within 120 days of start date
- Preferred: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Multiple Issuers required
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I. If you do not currently hold either designation, TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining one and increase your base salary upon successful completion.
