About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers
Ensuring compliance with third-party risk management policies, procedures, and regulations
Identifying and evaluating potential vendors and assessing their suitability
Driving performance and oversight of vendor risk management lifecycle activities
Overseeing vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems
Performing analysis for program reporting and metrics
Assisting in vendor issue disposition and resolution
Coordinating with stakeholders for vendor due diligence results

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
3+ years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline
Masters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline preferred
Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferred
Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies preferred
