About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- create and edit talking points, background briefings, scripts and key messaging
- create internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- staff CEO and Executive Committee members at internal and external appearances
- ensure all aspects of CEO and Executive Committee member communications are strategically aligned
- provide strategic communications counsel and recommendations
- evaluate and vet internal and proprietary AI tools and agents
- serve as the team’s central coordinator for AI tool usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of executive level communication experience
- 7+ years of executive level communication experience preferred
- financial services experience preferred
- investor relations experience helpful
- excellent oral and written communications skills
- familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and best practices for AI use in a regulated industry
