Managing Director – Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Teams covering aspects of Business Management, Corporate Functions of Facilities/Transport/Real Estate and Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Chief of Staff Office to TIAA GC Head, Business Risk and Controls, IT Asset Management Support
- Help TIAA GC Head on Strategic aspects of running TIAA GC including but not limited to Organization Strategy
- Build and maintain external relationships e.g. with NASSCOM, Zinnov, AMCHAM etc.
- Build and Maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders
- Be part of Senior Leadership Team in India and collaborate at all levels to take TIAA GC to next stage
- Reporting directly to the Head of TIAA GC, leading critical corporate services to support the organization’s growth, and enhance the workplace environment.
- Ensure that all administrative functions operate cohesively and in alignment with the company’s broader strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence.
