About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers
Implement solutions for end user needs by ensuring uptime, performance, resource availability, and security
Perform complex analysis during normal IT Infrastructure operation, including on networks, firewalls, servers, and applications
Acquire, install, and upgrade computer components and software
Develop automation of routine tasks using scripting
Develop domain solutions and execute changes in line with the implementation plan
Review documentation as it relates to domain configuration
Create current documentation of all equipment under operational control
Coaches and mentors the work of lower level professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in an Infrastructure role
Experience in Azure Security
Experience in Azure networking
Review of existing documentation as well as creating new documentation
Configure/Manage Remote Desktop on Azure VMs
Configure/Manage Windows VDI
Experience with Patch Management
