Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full product management lifecycle for in-plan managed account digital solutions
Business case development, product definition, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management
Drive digital advice adoption and monitor KPIs to measure experience effectiveness
Manage and develop a two-person team
Collaborate across Technology, Design, Analytics, and investment product to align roadmaps
Present strategy, performance, and roadmap priorities to senior and executive stakeholders
Champion Voice of Customer activities and feature roadmap development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8+ years of financial services experience
10+ years of financial services experience preferred
3+ years of digital product management or financial product management
Experience managing individuals or a small team
Familiarity with TIAA's product suite preferred
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Confident communicator with experience presenting to executive audiences
