About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive TIAA’s enterprise-wide AI strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior business leaders across the enterprise
  • Evangelizes use of AI services and other emerging technology within the company
  • Lead on TIAA’s thinking on its AI products and services
  • Expand product roadmaps for current tooling and envision new products and services for the enterprise
  • Liaise with the broader enterprise and affiliates to ensure that innovation outcomes are efficiently leveraged
