About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior business development and relationship managers to support capital raising and client retention initiatives
  • Create and contribute to development of intellectual capital and analytics for engagement with U.S. insurance companies
  • Assist with maintaining territory business plans and analyzing opportunities for engagement with insurance companies
  • Coordinate the production of marketing and meeting materials
  • Utilize applications such as Salesforce and S&P Capital IQ for meeting preparation, activity & pipeline capture, and to run competitive analysis of products
  • Monitor industry trends and opportunities by reviewing industry publications
  • Work with resources across Nuveen to deliver the firm’s expertise and capabilities to insurance companies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of institutional capital raising experience
  • 5+ years of institutional capital raising experience (preferred)
  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • Skills: Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Collaboration, Drives for Results, Executive Presence, Influence, Market Research Competitive Analysis, Nuveen Products/Services Acumen, Practice Management Strategy, Sales
