Key responsibilities & impact

Support senior research analysts and portfolio management teams for a three-year assignment
Conduct due diligence and ongoing surveillance of existing and prospective investments for sovereign and corporate issuers
Update financial models and economic data
Vigorous monitoring of economic, political events in developed and emerging market countries
Analyze business and economic drivers and risks
Automate existing on-team processes and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

University (Degree) Preferred
2-3 years of experience in investment banking, sell-side or desk credit research, buy-side fixed income research, macroeconomic policy research, financial accounting or audit, or emerging markets capital markets
Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modeling abilities with proficiency in Python and Excel
Working knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Haver preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and multitask
Interest in emerging market and international issues
Strong communication and writing skills and high attention to detail
Collaborative working style, team oriented
