About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Private Markets investment teams and Shared Services to deliver technology and data solutions that enhance operational efficiency and investment insights.
Lead the creation of detailed business and technical requirements for new systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Manage and execute projects or workstreams, including planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight.
Facilitate the transition of new solutions into business-as-usual operations, ensuring proper documentation and training.
Define and promote best practices for data governance, metadata management, and integration strategies specific to private markets data.
Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and the evolution of the Private Markets data architecture.
Maintain and enhance documentation for systems, data flows, and business processes.
Demonstrate deep understanding of private markets workflows and data, and translate that into effective technical solutions.
Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
5 or more years leading mid-to-large scale technology projects for an Asset Management, Investment Bank, or a Financial Service organization
Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Deal Management Platforms in an investment management environment
Familiarity with industry-standard platforms such as Charles River IMS, Charles River for Private Markets, Aladdin or equivalent systems is strongly preferred
3 or more years conducting data analysis to support business or product decisions across the Investment lifecycle
3 or more years working across multiple business functions or disciplines
2 or more years working within Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks
