Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development and execution of AI/ML product strategy and roadmap
Work with senior product leadership and business stakeholders to understand the roadmap, product strategy, and business goals
Own and prioritize product backlog based on business value, capacity, and ROI
Partner with engineering and data science teams in Agile environments
Define and track KPIs for model performance, business impact, and user adoption
Communicate product progress, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership
Collaborate with AI governance team to ensure compliance and production readiness
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred in related roles
Experience in a Product Owner/ Business Analyst role in Asset Management /Financial services industry
5+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML products
Proven track record of delivering data-driven products
Good Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and deployment
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools
Understanding of AWS cloud platforms and data infrastructure
Experience defining metrics and using data to drive product decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
