About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages process improvement and continuous improvement analyses to identify potential upgrades that would be ideal for business unit goals
  • Advises functional teams across the organization to determine needs for business improvements and to strategize possible business solutions
  • Approves business diagnostics designs that identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects in congruence with team feedback and input
  • Provides expertise on potential process enhancements that would improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness within the organization
  • Liaises with all levels of the organization to ensure that the transition to new programs and implemented solutions is smooth and effective
  • Presents metrics to management that demonstrate the impact implemented changes have had on the organization
  • Manages large projects and processes in the continuous improvement space, along with coaching and mentoring lower level professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of process, operations or consulting experience
  • 5 years of experience working autonomously, tracking metrics, sharing results with leadership
  • Proficient use of MS Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of TIAA products and services preferred
  • Onboarding/implementation/participant communication knowledge preferred
  • Retirement & Retail financial services experience preferred
  • Management Consulting or Process / Operating Model design experience preferred
  • Experience supporting corporate, divisional or department-wide continuous improvement projects/programs preferred
  • Process improvement, change management, and/or project management experience utilizing agile framework including root/cause analysis
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
