About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable the prioritization of TIAA's enterprise strategic initiatives.
Support the Strategic Planning team and the Executive Committee in gathering and analyzing data
Help develop planning scenarios and prepare recommendations for optimal allocation of resources
Support the creation of strategic plans, own maintenance of strategic plans and lead conduct roadmap analysis
Lead in conducting complex analysis, including financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI)
Lead in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Lead in continuous improvement projects leveraging process improvement and technology enablement
Build relationships within the Strategic Planning & Execution communities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Working knowledge of utilizing AI tools and advanced prompt engineering
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
