About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute HR initiatives aligned with short to mid-term HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Provide HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to mid-level managers
- Implement organization design changes, assist with change management initiatives, and support talent management processes
- Plays a key role in delivery of various cyclical HR processes such as performance management, talent management, compensation review, promotion etc
- Analyze human capital data to develop insights and recommendations for business leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12-15 years of progressive HR experience
- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institution
- 4-5 years handling Employee Relations
- Working knowledge of HR Tech tools and exposure to Workday Help or similar other Case Management platforms
- Ability to influence at senior levels with executive presence and commercial acumen
