Key responsibilities & impact

Provides in person and virtual counseling for all participants
Counsels participants on their pension plans, tax deferred annuities and other investment options
Educates, recommends and facilitates new product purchases
Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide exceptional customer service
Utilizes knowledge of tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice
Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships to implement TIAA products and services
Develops and maintains strong relationship with Institutional Plan Sponsors

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Work Experience
FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63 Licenses and Certifications Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
Required: 3+ years financial services experience
Preferred: 5+ years financial services experience
Series 7 and Series 63 completed within 120 days of start date
