About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with sourcing new real estate acquisition opportunities
- Underwrite opportunities that support the company’s real estate investment and financial objectives
- Assist with the coordination and compliance of all requirements for the due diligence and closing of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and development transactions
- Support in the development of external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers, and lenders
