About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading deal team due diligence efforts in private fund and joint venture equity investments
- Support asset management of existing portfolio holdings
- Act as a deal lead on the due diligence process
- Drive legal documentation, negotiation and investment structuring
- Source transactions through industry contacts
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of institutional private equity investment experience
- Prior investment experience with infrastructure assets
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or CFA preferred
- 8+ years of institutional private equity investment experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing and using financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
