About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets

- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments
- Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments
