- Lead an integrated team of advisors for a specific territory

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- FINRA licensing required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or an equivalent combination of Series 63 and Series 65)
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Active FINRA Series 24 license preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing teams
- Proven ability to develop and grow talent within an organization
- Strong track record of identifying and cultivating high-potential talent
