Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Active FINRA Series 24 license preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to develop and grow talent within an organization
  • Strong track record of identifying and cultivating high-potential talent
