About the role

  • Responsible for the governance and execution of all operations within the Culture Team
  • Establish and maintain culture-focused policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Develop executive presentations
  • Serve as the central point of contact for leaders on culture-related business management tasks
  • Provide strategic consulting and enablement to equip stakeholders with frameworks
  • Drive high-level culture governance projects
  • Manage Culture cadences including team meetings and monthly People Team accomplishments

Requirements

  • 5+ years required, 7+ years preferred work experience
  • University (Degree) Preferred
