About the role
- Responsible for the governance and execution of all operations within the Culture Team
- Establish and maintain culture-focused policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Develop executive presentations
- Serve as the central point of contact for leaders on culture-related business management tasks
- Provide strategic consulting and enablement to equip stakeholders with frameworks
- Drive high-level culture governance projects
- Manage Culture cadences including team meetings and monthly People Team accomplishments
Requirements
- 5+ years required, 7+ years preferred work experience
- University (Degree) Preferred
