About the role

  • Serve as a key contributor within Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team
  • Drive comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels
  • Support and contribute to learning solutions spanning New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development
  • Develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of learning programs that accelerate the capabilities of distribution sales professionals
  • Partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm to deliver impactful learning experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of coaching, L&D, or performance management experience ideally in financial services
  • Series 7
  • Sales background or sales effectiveness/enablement experience preferred
  • Proven success in facilitation and delivery of training and assessment programs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to audiences of 100+
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple business areas
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
