- Identifies and analyzes business needs
- Leads the identification of IT platform portions for cloud deployment
- Implements global strategies to enhance IT plans and operations
- Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements
- Translates business requirements into application requirements
- Engages client teams, explains complex initiatives
- Estimates costs of system solutions, preparing project plans
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation
- Coaches and reviews lower level professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- 3+ Years of Experience in State Street’s OMS – CRIMS (Charles Review MS)
- Experience on key CRIMS Components – Manager Workbench, Compliance, What-if, Rebalancer
- Experience in SQL, Linux/Unix/Python scripting
- Proficiency in office tools (excel/PPT/Word), JIRA, Service Now
- Experience in Fixed Income Technology / Operations preferred
- Experience in AWS, and Python preferred
- Experience in BQL (Bloomberg Query Language) related skills
