About the role
- Prepares course design in support of developing productive learning environments
- Develops and delivers web-based and in-person professional development programs
- Applies creative methods of content delivery in the online, web-based, and in-person environments using appropriate technologies
- Develops engaging learning activates and course materials that improves retention and transfer of knowledge
- Designs and revises both new and established exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
- Evaluates and refines existing training and development programs to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency
- Implements feedback from course evaluation and program reviews to the current learning models
- Provides instructional design support to employees in various business units
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
- Foundational knowledge of Instructional Design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience in customized, thoughtful, creative Learning Experiences beyond basic eLearning
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as Storyline, Captivate, or Evolve
- Ability to effectively present complex technical and soft-skill concepts through design and visuals
- Apply visual design principles to ensure a sophisticated design that draws the learner in and enhances the learning experience
- Experience with AI within Learning tools
