About the role
- Serve as the primary responder for technology incidents across TIAA and Nuveen's infrastructure
- Oversee and manage batch processing operations using CA7 and Autosys
- Maintain health, availability, and performance of IBM Mainframe environments
- Plan and execute data center isolation activities and application migration efforts
- Partner with Release Manager to develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive release plans
- Lead major infrastructure initiatives from planning through execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Operations experience
- 5+ years of experience working with ITIL frameworks
- 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
