About the role

  • Develop and maintain a strategic approach to portfolio wide asset management program
  • Develop and review scopes of work within contracts, RFQs and RFPs for asset management professionals
  • Develop and implement mature proven asset management processes across the organization
  • Analyzes business processes and user needs, documents requirements, processes, and translates them into system requirement specifications
  • Lead risk, criticality, and condition assessment programs
  • Establish and manage Asset Management Plans (AMPs) - Collaborate with teams that support asset management
  • Establish and lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and contracts to support repair and replacement planning

Requirements

  • 5 + years Data Center knowledge with a technical and facilities management background
  • 7 + years Data Center knowledge with a technical and facilities management background preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical area
  • Data Center Management experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Smart Building Technology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible for 20% domestic travel within US
