About the role
- Handles complex global, plan and individual level adjustments and remediation projects.
- Processes complex bulk adjustments (Plan Mergers, Cross Contract Transfers, and Fund Mergers).
- Handles the research and reporting of system issues related to OMNI, including analyzing the data.
- Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for Operations and IT implementations.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services with OMNI (Record Keeping System)
- 5+ years preferred
- University (Degree) Preferred
