About the role
- Ensure investment accounting policies and procedures are correctly applied to financial transactions
- Prepare month-end closing reports and subsidiary quarterly financial analytics
- Provide guidance to junior Investment Accountants regarding issues that require more advanced knowledge and experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, fund accounting, real estate accounting, and/or financial statement preparation
- CPA license preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience using Yardi and Workiva
