About the role
- Assisting in identifying investment opportunities via C-PACE lending secured by all real estate product types
- Preparing term sheets for early-stage deals and assisting with presentation materials when needed
- Provide analytical support and loan underwriting to senior debt originations team members through building financial models
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience
- Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of CRE experience, 1+ year of CRE underwriting experience
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and/or clean energy deployment
