Key responsibilities & impact

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country
Handle administrative work to focus on providing exceptional care
Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independently licensed and living in Alabama— LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP (Licensed Psychologist)
Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
