About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and weekends
- Partner with health systems and primary care providers
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independently licensed and living in North Carolina—LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
