About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the operational teams, including DevOps and Customer Support
Translating strategic objectives into clear plans and priorities
Managing planning, capacity, and delivery flow
Make sure priorities match customer and business needs
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Commercial, and management
Support customer-related initiatives and turn feedback into actions
Help with hiring, onboarding, and team development when needed
Improve and scale operational processes across the organisation
Take over a set of operational responsibilities during maternity leave regarding:
Coordinating internal support for customer implementations
Coordinating internal organization projects (for e.g. product / DevOps / Data science)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Operations Management, DevOps Operations, or similar roles
Experience with planning, capacity management, and delivery coordination
Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is a plus but not required
Experience in tech companies like cybersecurity, fintech, or SaaS
Good understanding of Agile and software delivery processes
Experience with project management tools
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking
Organizational skills
Strong planning and prioritisation skills
Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
Collaboration and communication skills
