About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain internal and external documentation using Docusaurus among others.
Write clear and structured: SDK integration guides (mobile and/or backend).
API documentation and onboarding materials.
Product documentation for features and workflows.
Document backend architectures, including: Microservices environments.
Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
Data flows and database interactions.
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to gather and validate technical content.
Continuously improve documentation structure, usability, and developer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Technical Writer / Documentation Engineer (4+ years)
Experience creating developer documentation (APIs, SDKs, integrations, workflows)
Hands-on experience with Docusaurus or similar Docs-as-Code frameworks.
Strong ability to understand and document backend architectures (microservices, event-driven systems)
Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and data models.
Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus.
Excellent written English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong collaboration skills with engineers, security, and product teams.
Ability to translate technical insights into clear documentation for different audiences.
Proactive mindset focused on improving documentation quality and developer experience.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to complex information.
Strong awareness and adherence to security and privacy principles.
Active engagement in maintaining secure documentation practices.
