Analyst

• Review incoming applications for risk, information verification (KYC/KYB), and/or technical errors
• Communicate internally with the Bank and the Clients on patterns detected during application reviews
• Underwrite applications and conduct fraud investigations on applications/transactions
• Respond to Client and internal support inquiries and escalations
• Respond to Law Enforcement inquiries
• Perform periodic and high risk reviews
• Support special projects as needed and help write policies and procedures
• Adhere to SLA timelines and operational processes
