Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive RV product specification and intelligence model, integrating market data, dealership insights, and product performance metrics.
  • Leverage advanced Python programming skills to automate processes, analyze complex datasets, and create predictive tools for market and product intelligence.
  • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Studio) to visualize market trends and product performance, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis and design of RV accessories, ensuring alignment with market demands, dealership requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Continuously refine and document product specifications to support manufacturing, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to innovate RV product design.
  • Conduct detailed RV accessory analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.
  • Skilled in proactive communication and collaborating with domestic and international partners to source parts and accessories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of product intelligence across the organization.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the RV dealership ecosystem and leverage this knowledge to support product development and market strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of RV industry trends, competitor analysis, and technological advancements to ensure the organization remains a market leader.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related specialized field of engineering.
  • At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in all of the following:
  • Experience in the RV industry, with product development and market dynamics.
  • Experience working within the RV dealership ecosystem, including product lifecycles, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Experience with RV accessory development, including analysis, design, and market introduction.
  • Integrating market intelligence, product specifications, and accessory insights into a cohesive strategy.
  • Performing data modeling, automation, and intelligence development with Python.
  • Utilizing BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Studio.
  • Drafting in SolidWorks, Fusion, and other CAD tools for RV accessory design.
  • Utilizing AI Applications for internal RV Product Managers.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making.
